Free Methodist Church Affiliated Student: This scholarship is for students who have been a part of a Free Methodist church.

McAllaster Honors Scholarship: This scholarship program nurtures excellent students who are especially gifted to serve God and neighbor through the work of Christian learning and research. A 3.5 GPA is required for this scholarship.

Ish Smith Overcomer Scholarship recognizes that there are students deserving of recognition based on what they have been able to overcome in their lives. It is awarded to traditional freshman or transfer students who have shown an exceptional ability to deal with adversity and challenges in their lives. 

Almira Leadership Scholarship empowers incoming traditional freshman or transfer students to be leaders on campus. It is awarded to students who have past leadership experience and show a desire to continue to be servant leaders in their workplaces, churches, and homes.

Estevez Community Scholarship recognizes traditional freshman or transfer students that have a passion for community development. It is awarded to incoming freshman or transfer students that have demonstrated their commitment to personal growth, community building, and making a positive impact on the Kingdom of God

Richard Stephens Character Scholarship acknowledges that an academic record isn’t the only factor in identifying future success at the university level. Itis available to traditional freshman or transfer who have shown evidence of character and service—values that match the mission of GU.
