Chapel credit dispute

If you are concerned that your chapel credits are not up to date, please take the following steps before completing this form:
1. If you think you are missing SMALL GROUP credits, please speak with your small group leader first to make sure they have your name and ID number correctly recorded and have sent all attendance to spiritualformation@greenville.edu
2. Review your attendance history on my.greenville. Note the discrepancies of any dates and events not listed that you attended.
