Prompt: Describe how this core value is important to you, how you've experienced racial diversity in your own life and explain why you think joining the MOSAIC Diversity Scholars program might allow you to help move Greenville University toward becoming a community that lives this out.

Robert “Ish” Smith was a former coach and president of Greenville University. He challenged students to be their best and knew they had it in them, sometimes before they knew it themselves. We want to recognize champions, just like “Ish” did.
