Which Scholarship Application would you like to complete? *

McAllaster Honors Scholarship: This scholarship program nurtures excellent students who are especially gifted to serve God and neighbor through the work of Christian learning and research. A 3.5 GPA is required for this scholarship.

Minimum 500-word Research Question for McAllaster Application *

As a potential McAllaster Scholar, you will produce scholarship, in the form of a senior research project. Projects vary by field but might include a written thesis, a portfolio, etc. If accepted as a McAllaster Scholar, what hypothetical topic could you envision choosing for your project, and why?
What contribution could your project make to the field? (biology, education, history, etc.)
How would conducting a project improve your knowledge and research skills, and help your ongoing development as a student of character and service?

Women in Leadership: Greenville University has a rich heritage of empowering women for leadership. This scholarship is for females who seek to become servant leaders in the workplace, church, school, and in the home.

Sponsored by President Suzanne Davis, the Women in Leadership Scholarship is for those incoming female students (traditional freshman or transfer) who have

had experience in leadership in their schools, communities, and churches
desire to further their leadership development and experience at Greenville University

Mosaic/Diversity Scholarship Program: This program is for leaders who display exemplary academics and an eagerness to promote a diverse and inclusive culture on Greenville University’s campus. A 3.0 unweighted GPA is required to apply for this scholarship.

Greenville University challenges students and faculty to demonstrate awareness, sensitivity and responsiveness to differences across races, cultures, social practices and religions. This also means we keenly recognize the interconnectedness of God’s people. In addition, Greenville College stresses to its community the need for reaching out to other cultures and nations in order to address the world’s problems.

Prompt: Describe how this core value is important to you, how you've experienced racial diversity in your own life and explain why you think joining the MOSAIC Diversity Scholars program might allow you to help move Greenville University toward becoming a community that lives this out.

Champions Scholarship Program:

Greenville University recognizes that there are students deserving of recognition based on what they have been able to overcome in their lives. Robert “Ish” Smith was a former coach and president of Greenville University. He challenged students to be their best and knew they had it in them, sometimes before they knew it themselves. We want to recognize champions, just like “Ish” did.

Panther Scholars Character and Service Scholarship: This scholarship is for students who seek to display the ideals of character and service. Students who are accepted into this scholarship will also be required to participate in character and service events and programming on GU's campus.
